Cancellation Policy

I respectfully request a minimum of 24-hour cancellation notification. Cancellations must be done by phone. You can choose to text or leave a voicemail message if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you do not give a 24 hour notice a 30.00 cancellation fee must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment. This fee applies to any service that did not require a deposit.

Deposit Policy

A 50.00 non- refundable deposit is required to secure a new installation appointment. Deposits may be brought to the salon or can be paid online at www.paypal.com using the following email address ingridbutler@cox.net . If a deposit was not collected for a new install and you did not keep your appointment a 50.00 cancellation fee must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.

All clients, old and new, must pay a deposit to secure an appointment.
